About Us

Vision

To see men transformed into Christ-centered leaders who make disciples and impact the nations.

Mission

Ethnos Men equips and forms young men spiritually, emotionally, and professionally to overcome obstacles, lead with purpose, and multiply disciples in their everyday lives.

Why

We have witnessed again and again a consistent need that is not being addressed in our society. There is a generation of young men who love Christ and desire to become Kingdom leaders, but are lost in how to take action. They need training, counseling, and guidance on how to become leaders for Christ. In a world ruled by social media and digital dominance, we need face-to-face fellowship and real-life applications of scripture.

These young men have a desire to grow in the Lord, but face struggles and hurdles that make it feel impossible. Several of them have endured intense trauma as refugees, and immigrants, as well as financial anxiety while supporting their siblings and extended families. In addition, it is challenging to find a church that addresses their cultural needs and professional goals. We want to cultivate these young men into leaders who want to make disciples and take initiative and action for Christ.

After witnessing firsthand the overwhelming need to provide support and guidance for these young men, we decided to create Ethnos Leaders. Ethnos, is a Greek word commonly translated as “people groups, nations.”

At Ethnos Men, our mission is to provide professional, emotional, and spiritual support to young men who have professed their faith in Christ but face heavy obstacles that block their path. The services we will provide include three areas of maturity: Professional, Spiritual, and Emotional.

Gui Fadlalla

Gui’s journey with Christ began at 17 when a high school soccer teammate—his only Christian friend—shared the gospel with him. Not long after Gui surrendered his life to Christ, that friend unexpectedly passed away.

In the years that followed, Gui faced deep challenges in his faith. Without mentors or guidance, he often felt alone trying to follow Jesus. Out of that struggle, God formed in him a passion to ensure other young men would never have to walk that path alone.

Today, Gui is committed to creating environments—especially through sports—where young men can encounter Christ, grow in their faith, and become disciple-makers in their own communities.

Gui and his wife, Elissa, are raising their four children together.
